The latest Administration of Acts General Order issued by the Premier of Victoria on 20 April 2009 allocates responsibility for administration of Acts of Parliament to various Ministers.
The Minister for Roads and Ports was given responsibility for a number of Acts. VicRoads is responsible for administering all or parts of the following Acts and Regulations.
