In Victoria there are several sources of bicycle maps for transport, depending on your need and location. 

Paper Bicycle Maps
Published maps (including Travelsmart maps) are easy to view and carry around when cycling. They may also provide information on other sustainable transport options.

Downloadable Bicycle Maps
Downloadable maps allow you to print off maps of the Principle Bicycle Network (PBN) in selected municipalities in Melbourne and regional towns.  They can be downloaded as a PDF and sent electronically to friends.


Take note of map publication dates!
With so much development in cycle infrastructure over the past few years, maps of cycling networks can go out of date quickly, so it is important to note when a map was published before using it to plan a journey.
