VicRoads Information Management and Technology (IM&T) manages and delivers a range of technology and information services to VicRoads. These include:
- information communications technology (ICT) infrastructure provision
- service support
- business application development
- project delivery
- strategic planning
- policy development
- spatial and information services
- client relationship management.
The VicRoads Information Management and Technology Strategy 2012-2014 [PDF 1.1MB, 24 PP] is a key business enabler in delivering VicRoads Strategic Directions. This Strategy defines the strategic direction for IM&T investment and establishes the framework to identify and prioritise IM&T investments across VicRoads. The Strategy applies to all holders of information assets and associated technology across VicRoads.
IM&T use an online Consultation Hub to invite open and informative discussion from the ICT industry on policies, Requests for Tenders (RFT) or Expressions of Interests (EOI). This forum allows industry to publish points of clarification, or responses to questions, relating to published RFTs or EOIs in accordance with government probity and tendering guidelines.
Industry input is appreciated and will contribute to planning and delivery of information management technology and services across VicRoads.
