Verify registered operator help

To verify whether a vehicle is associated with a particular registered operator, follow the steps below:

1. Log into your myVicRoads partner account
2. Scroll down the dashboard and select Verify registered operator
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select the vehicle type
4. Select the vehicle identifier type – Registration number, VIN or chassis number
   
   • Enter the relevant identification number in the field
   
   
   
   
   
5. Select the operator type – individual or organisation. For an individual, enter their first and last names into the fields




6. For an organisation, enter the organisation name into the field




7. Make sure you enter names correctly. Our systems need you to enter the correct information to return a verified match
8. Click Search.
