Registration and licensing enquiries

For any questions or issues relating to your registration or licence, call us on 13 11 71 from 8am-5.30pm Monday-Friday and 8.30am-12.30pm Saturday.

Calling to change an appointment?

The earliest appointment times are shown when you book. Our call centre team cannot book you an earlier time.

Renew your licence online now – and get your photo taken later

If you renew your licence online, you have 3 months to come in and get your photo taken (no appointment needed).

Get your Digital Driver Licence on your phone: download the myVicRoads app via the App store or Google Play, and log in with your myVicRoads account.

After you've renewed your licence online, your new expiry date will display in the myVicRoads app, as proof that you've paid (it may take 24 hours).

Once you've had your new photo taken, your licence card will be sent to you.

If you are d/Deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech/communication difficulty, please contact us by following the steps below:

Step 1. Contact us through your preferred NRS call channel detailed on NRS call numbers and links.

Step 2. Provide the NRS with our phone number 13 11 71.
