If you have not paid your outstanding fine(s) and a Notice of Final Demand has been issued to you, Fines Victoria can apply sanctions against you.

Fines Victoria will let you know in writing if your licence, permit and/or vehicle registration will be suspended for unpaid fines.

You should contact or visit Fines Victoria directly to make arrangements to pay your fine(s).
It’s important to note that VicRoads cannot remove a suspension until Fines Victoria tells us to.
When you've paid the fines, Fines Victoria will direct us to end your suspension and other directions they may have given us.
If you're not sure if your suspension and other directions have ended, you can check myVicRoads or the myVicRoads app.
