If you want your vehicle club or association to be approved, an officer of the club will need to apply in writing.
If we approve your application, we’ll send you a letter to let you know. Your club will be added to the VicRoads list of approved vehicle clubs and associations.
If we don’t approve your application, we’ll also send you a letter. This will explain why and any actions you can take.
